We provide intelligent solutions for portable X-ray detection systems to make field inspection easier for you. An X-ray source (M-ray), a detector (M-pad) and a Wi-Fi access point (M-link) is all you need, we take care of the rest. In addition, we carry out hardware and software developments to adapt the X-ray equipment you have to your needs, offering portable and wireless solutions.
Full wireless connectivity between tube, detector, and pc for fieldwork inspection, easy to operate equipment always ready when you need it.
Tomography is a powerful and versatile technique that can be applied to a wide range of materials and thicknesses, allowing full scanning of complex geometries. The technique involves taking a series of X-rays of the sample through 360°, also known as projections. A detector collects information from the product of X-rays passing through the sample, displaying greyscale images depending on the density of the material. Subsequently, the use of specialised reconstruction software makes it possible to obtain two-dimensional images (tomographic slices) and three-dimensional images (3D volumes) with valuable information on both the exterior and the interior of the object.
Scanning of complex pieces in high resolution
We integrate in our systems state-of-the-art digital detectors based on CMOS technology with the highest resolution available on the market. The digital radiography technologies are integrated with tailor-made software packages, fully developed by Novadep, according to your needs and technical requirements, we recommend the best integration available on the market.
A few microns of resolution and do not worry about the size.
X-ray technology is not always related to short, static series, it is also feasible for long industrial lines in motion to meet the most demanding quality standards. Since 2015 Novadep designs and integrates the core of X-ray inspection technology into automation systems that are tailored to the needs of its customers: precision is a priority for us. We are not only experts in the technology, we also put it into motion.
Speed, reliability and compliance with the strictest safety and quality standards.
With X-ray grating interferometry, contrast could be significantly improved in low-absorption materials, such as polymers and biological matter. The benefits of this technology are clear, as it allows working with X-ray sources operating in a lower energy range, which reduces costs and risks.
