Quality policy

Novadep NDT Systems SL, has been manufacturing X-ray systems based on the latest technology since 2015 with the challenge of making them simple and intuitive to use and taking into account the need for customization of these systems for our customers. With this philosophy, our mission, vision and values on which our quality policy is based are the following:

  • Close relationship with our customers. The close relationship with our customers is essential to know first hand what their needs and expectations are. Our objective is to accompany them in their projects and offer a technical solution based on their needs and our know-how. This accompaniment includes not only the commercial part prior to the purchase, but is completed with an after-sales support service and specific training that we always provide to all our customers.
  • Development of innovative products. We aim to be a benchmark within this sector in Spain and, progressively, in Europe. Our priority is the development of disruptive and differentiating innovative technological solutions, which are capable of covering unexplored market niches, integrating state-of-the-art technology.
  • Quality as a driver and an opportunity to guide our growth towards continuous improvement, not only in terms of the systems we manufacture but also with the aim of improving efficiency in our management model, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory commitments and obtaining full customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, prioritize and provide the necessary resources to improve our operational efficiency and be a lever for our growth without skimping on the economic investment required to incorporate them.
  • Involvement, training and management of the human team. Fostering a shared vision in the organization based on cooperation. Encourage efficiency in the development of our tasks and promote the continuous training of all the company’s personnel. To promote personal motivation through the achievement of individual and collective objectives.

 

For the development of the same has been designed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) based on UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards. For the development and implementation of our QMS, a Quality Manager is appointed, with the fundamental objective of developing and maintaining the system, informing the Management of the quality performance and contributing to the awareness of the staff on the need to meet the expectations of our customers. From Management we are committed to disseminate and promote this Quality Policy continuously over time and to involve the entire organization in it.
