Software for the analysis of interwoven fibers (Fib Thick)

Fib thick is an executable software under the platform of image analysis Fiji which allows to quantify the thickness of interwoven fibers. It has been developed by Novadep to meet the specific needs of the ICTP-CSIC. It has a simple user interface that allows you to extract quantitative results for further scientific and technical performance. Fib thick has been developed under the programming environment of ImageJ for optimal control over the consumption of computing resources.

Obtained results are presented in histograms with a “bin size” set in which you can observe the values of the thickness of the fibers in a localized way. It is also directly obtained an inform from the parameters obtained of the analysis report.

Micro-CT software

Novadep has also developed a suitable micro-CT software that allows you to acquire your micro-CT results and turn them into 2D or 3D images.
